Food Safety To Be Hygiene

When it comes to food safety hygiene plays a very important role. If the food is prepared in unhygienic conditions then the common consequence is food poisoning. When the meat is not properly thawed it leads to multiplication of micro-organisms in it. When the same cutting board is used to cut the vegetables and meat possibilities are there that microorganisms from meat can get into the vegetables. Proper storage, slaughtering of meat in hygienic conditions, proper methods of preservation and above all washing the hand before cooking can ensure food safety to some extent. Though US department of health and Human services takes efforts in food safety, the individual should also be aware of consuming safe food.
